Thank you for interest in starting an application for housing in our Community. We look forward to your residency and wish to make your application process as smooth as possible.

Applications are placed on our Waiting List in the order of date and time they are received.

To expedite your application, be sure to provide accurate information in the different application sections.

You will need to provide READABLE COPIES of the following documents for each household member listed on your application:

  • Birth Certificates
  • Social Security Cards (including the SS card for all children of any age)
  • A Valid Driver’s License or State ID for each household member 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of Income (Wages, Social Security or SSI Award letter, Welfare Benefits, Pension Benefits, Cash Donations from any family member outside your household, Unemployment Benefits, Child Support Payments, Veteran’s Benefits, etc. dated no more than 30 days old.
  • Proof of Assets (Bank accounts earning interest, savings bonds, CD’s, Stocks, Property value “if any”, IRA’s, etc.)

Instructions to applicants

  • All lines must be filled in. You may enter “None” or “No” in a line, but DO NOT leave a line blank or write N/A.
  • All information should be complete and correct. False, incomplete or misleading information will cause your application to be denied.
  • Application must be returned with a copy of a Picture ID for all adults age 18 or older.
  • If your application is on file with us, it is your responsibility to contact us whenever your address, telephone number, or income situation changes.
  • After we receive your complete application, we will make a preliminary determination of eligibility. If your household appears to be eligible for housing, your application will be placed on a Waiting List. This does not mean that your household will be offered an apartment. If later processing establishes that your household is not actually eligible, or does not meet our Acceptable Criteria your application will be declined.
  • We will process your application according to our standard procedures which are summarized in the Tenant Selection Plan Provided during the preliminary process.

NOTE: Applicants and Tenants MUST disclose Social Security Number’s for all household members, EXCEPT for those who do not contend eligible immigration status, and tenants age 62 years of age or older as of January 31, 2010, and provide verification of the complete and accurate SSN assigned to them.
